The Adidas Campus 80s x South Park “Towelie” is a limited-edition collaboration between Adidas and the iconic animated series South Park. Released on April 20, 2021, this sneaker pays homage to the beloved character Towelie. The shoe features a unique lavender terry cloth upper, reminiscent of Towelie’s towel-like texture, complemented by white leather accents on the three stripes and heel tab. Notably, the tongue displays Towelie’s cartoon eyes, which change from white to pink and bloodshot when exposed to UV light, adding a playful touch. Additionally, the interior tongue is equipped with a stash pocket, and the insoles are adorned with Towelie’s signature phrases: “Don’t Forget to Bring a Towel” and “I Have No Idea What’s Going On.”
